- Localization Data: Resource files, translation keys, and values you upload or create

- Process translations using your selected providers

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit

Third-Party Services
When you use translation providers through LRM Cloud:
- LRM Managed Translations: Your text is sent to third-party translation APIs (Google, DeepL, etc.) to process translations. We do not store your translation content beyond what's needed to deliver the service.
- Bring Your Own Keys: When using your own API keys, requests go directly through our service to the provider. We do not store your API keys in plaintext.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data and projects from our systems within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
Open Source
LRM is open source software. If you prefer full control over your data, you can self-host the entire LRM stack. Visit our GitHub repository for instructions.
