Welcome to LRM Cloud. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LRM Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
LRM Cloud is a localization management platform that helps you manage, validate, and translate resource files for your applications. The service includes:
- Web-based localization file management
- Machine translation through various providers
- Team collaboration features
- API access for automation
3. Account Registration
To use LRM Cloud, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious content or code
- Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to LRM Cloud. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your localization files or translations.
6. Translation Services
When using translation features:
- LRM Managed: Translations are processed through third-party APIs. Quality depends on the provider and language pair.
- BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys): You are responsible for compliance with your API provider's terms of service.
- Machine translations may contain errors. Always review translations before production use.
7. Service Plans and Billing
LRM Cloud offers free and paid plans:
- Free plans include limited managed translation characters
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
- Usage beyond plan limits may result in service restrictions
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
9. Open Source CLI
The LRM command-line tool is open source under the MIT License. These Terms of Service apply only to the LRM Cloud hosted service, not the self-hosted CLI.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Limitation of Liability
LRM Cloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
